Students offered grants if they tweet pro-Israeli (Yids) propaganda

In a campaign to improve its image abroad, the Israeli government plans to provide scholarships to hundreds of students at its seven universities in exchange for their making pro-Israel Facebook posts and tweets to foreign audiences.

The students making the posts will not reveal online that they are funded by the Israeli government, according to correspondence about the plan revealed in the Haaretz newspaper.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office, which will oversee the programme, confirmed its launch and wrote that its aim was to “strengthen Israeli public diplomacy and make it fit the changes in the means of information consumption”.

The government’s hand is to be invisible to the foreign audiences. Daniel Seaman, the official who has been planning the effort, wrote in a letter on 5 August to a body authorising government projects that “the idea requires not making the role of the state stand out and therefore it is necessary to adhere to great involvement of the students themselves, without political linkage or affiliation”.

According to the plan, students are to be organised into units at each university, with a chief co-ordinator who receives a full scholarship, three desk co-ordinators for language, graphics and research who receive lesser scholarships and students termed “activists” who will receive a “minimal scholarship”.

Mr Netanyahu’s aides said the main topics the units would address related to political and security issues, combating calls to boycott Israel and combating efforts to question Israel’s legitimacy. The officials said the students would stress Israeli democratic values, freedom of religion and pluralism.

But Alon Liel, the doveish former director-general of the Israeli foreign ministry, criticised the plan as “quite disgusting”. “University students should be educated to think freely. When you buy the mind of a student, he becomes a puppet of the Israeli government grant,” he said. “You can give a grant to do social work or teach but not to do propaganda on controversial issues for the government.”

Zio-Nazi Extremists Cheer and Rejoice as military of the bastards bombs Gaza

Israelis continue to shamelessly gather on hillsides for cheering as the Tel Aviv regime’s military drops bombs on innocent Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.

Groups of Israelis gather each evening on hilltops overlooking Gaza to watch, whoop and whistle as missiles are fire at the oppressed Gazans a few miles away, British daily the Guardian reported on Sunday.

Sitting on upturned crates, garden chairs and battered car seats, most of the spectators hold up smartphones to take selfies against backdrops of black smoke in Gaza.

The flash of explosions is greeted with exclamations of approval by the Israelis, with one of the spectator describing a shellfire as “What a beauty.”

“We come to look at the bombing,” said Shimrit Peretz, an Israeli citizen, adding, “It’s interesting”. Peretz said she doesn’t worry about the Palestinian civilians.
The report was released a few days after the American news network CNN removed its correspondent Diana Magnay from covering Israel’s deadly offensive against Palestinians after she reported Israelis’ cheering of the bombing of Gaza last week.

The bloodshed is continuing in Gaza for the 13th straight day as there is no let-up to the Israeli onslaught on the blockaded enclave.

Medics say the overall Palestinian death toll has now soared to at least 410. The figure soared following a massive Israeli assault on Shejaiya district and its surroundings.

Israeli warplanes and soldiers backed by tanks have intensified aerial and ground operations against the coastal sliver. More than 3,000 Palestinians have also been wounded since July 8.

Mothers of all Palestinians must be killed: Israeli MP

A well-known Israeli politician and parliament member has branded Palestinians as terrorists, saying mothers of all Palestinians should also be killed during the ongoing Israeli assault on the besieged Gaza Strip.

Ayelet Shaked of the ultra-nationalist Jewish Home party called for the slaughter of Palestinian mothers who give birth to “little snakes.”

“They have to die and their houses should be demolished so that they cannot bear any more terrorists,” Shaked said, adding, “They are all our enemies and their blood should be on our hands. This also applies to the mothers of the dead terrorists.”
The remarks are considered as a call for genocide as she declared that all Palestinians are Israel’s enemies and must be killed.

The development comes as many officials from various countries have slammed Israel’s airstrikes on the Gaza Strip. The Turkish prime minister is the latest to condemn the offensive, accusing Israel of massacring the Palestinians.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan has lashed out at Israel, saying it is committing state terrorism against the Palestinians in the region. Speaking in parliament, he also questioned the world’s silence toward Tel Aviv’s ongoing atrocities.

Reacting to Shaked’s remarks, the Turkish premier said Israel’s policy in Gaza is no different than Hitler’s mentality.

“An Israeli woman said Palestinian mothers should be killed, too. And she’s a member of the Israeli parliament. What is the difference between this mentality and Hitler’s?” Erdogan asked.

The developments come as the UN agency for Palestinian refugees has recently said women and children make up a sizeable number of Palestinian fatalities caused by Israeli attacks on the besieged region.
